🌈 Overview
WoeServer is a community for players of all backgrounds.
We live in 2025, a diverse and global generation — and although many of our players are from the Philippines, racism, xenophobia, hate speech, and discrimination are never acceptable.
❗ Zero Tolerance Policy
Any racist or hateful conduct harms our community and will be dealt with seriously and immediately.
💢 What Counts as Racism / Hate Speech

The examples below are not exhaustive — any behavior that targets race, ethnicity, or nationality is prohibited.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- ❌ Racial slurs, derogatory epithets, or insults targeting a person or group
- ❌ Comments that demean or dehumanize someone based on race, nationality, ethnicity, or language
- ❌ Mocking accents, promoting exclusion, or encouraging violence against a group
- ❌ Using public chat, PMs, guild chat, forums, or social media to spread racism or hate
- ❌ “Jokes” that rely on stereotypes, demeaning comparisons, or cultural insults
🛑 Intent does not excuse impact.
Hate speech is punishable regardless of “joking” or “emotional” context.
⚖️ Enforcement & Penalties (In-Game Sanctions)
🔨 Escalating Punishment System
Penalties apply per offender and escalate with repeated violations.
Staff will always review evidence before issuing sanctions.

Threats of violence, coordinated harassment, or doxxing may

All reports are handled professionally and confidentially.
Staff will:

- 📑 Require clear evidence before applying penalties
- 💾 Preserve logs, screenshots, and clips during review
- ⚖️ Apply sanctions consistent with the offense and prior behavior
- 🤝 Maintain neutrality regardless of guild, status, or friendships
📢 How to Report Racist Behavior
Submit reports through:

- 👤 Direct contact with a GM or Moderator (if Discord is unavailable)

- 📷 Attach clear screenshots or video clips showing the offensive behavior
- 🕒 Include chat logs with timestamps if possible
- ✔️ Provide context (e.g., ongoing exchange, location, players involved)
- ❗ Reports without evidence — while still reviewed — may be slower
