🔹 General Conduct

Respect Everyone – Treat fellow players, staff, and the community with courtesy and respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
Positive Environment – Maintain a friendly and inclusive chat environment. Avoid offensive language, excessive profanity, or disruptive behavior.
Fair Play – Cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or using unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
Account Security – Your account is your responsibility. Do not share your password. Report suspicious activity immediately.
Respect the Staff Team – Our staff works hard to provide a smooth gaming experience. Respect their actions, decisions, and time.
Staff Discretion – Loopholes and “rule-bending” won’t be tolerated. Staff may moderate situations not explicitly listed here if necessary. Use common sense.

🔹 In-Game Behavior

No Spamming – Avoid excessive or disruptive chat messages.
No Trolling – Do not provoke, harass, or intentionally disrupt gameplay.
No Advertising – Promoting other servers, websites, or services is forbidden unless approved by staff.
No Staff Impersonation – Do not claim to be staff or mislead others about your authority.

🔹 Gameplay Rules

No Bug Abuse – Exploiting bugs or glitches is strictly forbidden. Report bugs immediately.
No AFK Farming – Auto-clickers, bots, macros, or unattended farming are not permitted. Bot checks and random map inspections are enforced.
Gambling discouraged – Gambling often leads to scams and player loss. Items lost through gambling will not be reimbursed.
No Third-Party Programs – Use of unauthorized software or hacks that affect gameplay is prohibited.
No Scamming/Hacking – Scamming or hacking will result in heavy penalties. Staff may punish offenders, but lost items are not guaranteed to be restored.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and help keep WoeServer online.
Donation items or credits are non-refundable.
All donation rewards are designed to avoid a pay-to-win environment. They are meant to enhance, not break, the game balance.

RMT (Real Money Trading) Policy

1️⃣ Allowed but At Your Own Risk

RMT (Real Money Trading) is allowed on WoeServer.
All transactions are at your own risk — WoeServer staff will not moderate, protect, or take responsibility for failed or disputed deals.

2️⃣ Dedicated RMT Channel

All RMT discussions and advertisements must be posted only in the dedicated RMT channel on Discord.
Using other Discord channels for RMT will result in a warning or removal.

3️⃣ No In-Game Broadcasting

RMT advertising, promotions, or announcements inside the game (e.g., public chat, vending, broadcasts) are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in mute, suspension, or account action depending on severity.

🔹 Penalties for Violations

Warnings – Minor infractions may result in verbal or written warnings.
Temporary Bans – Serious violations may result in temporary suspension.
Permanent Bans – Repeat or severe offenses may result in permanent removal from WoeServer.

🔹 Appeals

Players who believe they were unfairly punished may appeal directly to the WoeServer Staff Team.

Please note that WoeServer staff and administration are not responsible for any items lost, dropped, or destroyed due to accidents, player error, disconnections, bugs, or any other circumstances outside of direct staff control.

All players are reminded to exercise caution when handling valuable equipment, trading with others, or navigating dangerous maps. Once an item is dropped, traded, or lost, it is considered final and will not be replaced or refunded by the staff.

By participating in WoeServer, you agree to these terms and understand that item security is the responsibility of each player.

Staff members have the authority to interpret and enforce rules as needed.
Rules may be updated at any time. Players are responsible for staying informed.
Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.

WoeServer is a fan-made server with no affiliation to Gravity or Ragnarok Online’s official developers.
