✅ Trash Talking Is Allowed
Trash talk is a natural part of competitive PvP, GvG, WoE, and battles.
Players are free to taunt, hype, banter, and fuel competitive energy — as long as it stays within the context of the game.

❌ Limitations of Trash Talking
⚠️ Warning
Trash talk must stay inside the game. Anything beyond that becomes a violation.
The following are strictly forbidden:
- ❌ Real-life threats
(violence, harm to family, doxxing, IRL intimidation) - ❌ Harassment outside gameplay
(stalking, targeted harassment after PvP, personal attacks unrelated to the match) - ❌ Hate speech, racial slurs, or discrimination
- ❌ Escalating conflicts you weren’t originally involved in
- ❌ Using trash talk as a cover for personal attacks
If it becomes personal, abusive, or real-life related → It’s not trash talk anymore.
🕵️ Investigation Process

Staff will review all reports carefully and fairly.
When a report is filed, the WoeServer Team examines:
- 🧩 Who initiated the conflict
- 🎮 Whether the trash talk remained within game context
- ⚖️ If both players share responsibility
→ both may receive penalties - 🚫 False or malicious reports
→ may result in punishment to the reporter
💡 Intent + Context matter during evaluation.
⚖️ Punishments for Inappropriate Trash Talking
⚠️ Escalating Penalties
Repeated offenses result in longer jail times.

Real-life threats, hate speech, or extreme harassment may result in:
- 🚷 Longer bans
- ⛔ Permanent removal
