🏥 Bangungot Hospital 2F Instance
Bangungot, the nightmare demon of Port Malaya, has sealed the hospital's second floor and feeds on the patients' agony. Your party fights through the wards, puts his minions down before they torment the patients, and kills him — twice — before smashing the Pillar of Spirit that keeps bringing him back.

📍 Location
Use Warper → Instances → Bangungot Hospital. You land inside the Port Malaya hospital (ma_dun01 151,8) beside Nurse Maenne, who holds the key to the second floor.

🚪 How to Enter
- Form a party and have the party leader talk to Nurse Maenne.
- Pick Enter the second floor.
- Every party member talks to the Nurse to be sent up.
🗺️ Walkthrough
- Bangungot taunts you from the start: "This is where your NIGHTMARE starts...". Follow the corridor through the wards.
- Bangungot's inferiors — Manananggals, Mangkukulams and Tiyanaks — are sent to torment the patients in the wards. The announcement "If you don't slay them all, Bangungot will be stronger" is literal: clear every ward before the boss doors open.
- Boss room, round one: Bangungot (1.5M HP, counted as an MVP here). When he falls he leaves a Pillar of Spirit that heals him. The Pillar has 250 HP and takes exactly 1 damage from every hit, whatever hits it, and you have 30 seconds: the whole party has to spam attacks on it. Miss the window and Bangungot comes back at full strength.
- Round two: "I WILL BE BACK!!!!!" — his second coming (1.4M HP) appears in the far ward. Kill it and the exit opens.
- Only one character needs to be the leader; everyone in the party inside the floor gets kill credit for the Get Rid of Bangungot hunting quest the Nurse checks afterwards.

🎁 Rewards
Both Bangungot forms and the Pillar share one loot table: Ancient Grudge (100% and a second roll at 20%), Bangungot Doll 20%, Bangungot Boots of Nightmare 10% (shoes, DEF 3, MDEF +1 per refine, +25% movement speed at +14), Kalasag 1% (shield, DEF 7, boss damage −1% per 3 refines), Piece of Bangungot's Spirit (0.5%, 20% from the Pillar) and the Bangungot Card at 0.01%.

Hand the card to the Collector (50,000z to deposit, 100,000z to withdraw) and the account banks the bonus for good. See Card Deposit System.
⚙️ Pre-Renewal notes
- Attacks are min–max ranges (×1.4 spread), Renewal flat defense became percentages (minions 40%, Bangungot 80%), and EXP follows the Faceworm / Bio Lab 4F scale: minions pay about their HP, the real Bangungot fight pays twice its HP plus an MVP bonus; the Pillar pays nothing.
- The 7-day cooldown is the official timer. Bangungot kills announce and pay the party MVP coin like every other boss map.
- No download is needed: the hospital, the monsters, the Nurse's portrait and every item are official client content.
